📬✅ Delivered: Another Gema Optiflex ProB Manual Powder Unit

I visited another customer of long standing today, who has just taken delivery of our latest Gema Optiflex ProB manual powder unit. Customer experience with the new unit has been absolutely fantastic so far. Key parameters such as ease of use, powder usage optimisation, simplicity of colour change and unit robustness were all mentioned when on site today.

What really gives me great pride is that this is a generational family owned award-winning business which I have dealt with for nearly 30 years (I’m getting old!).

This is the fourth generation of Gema manual unit that I have installed with them over that 30-year time period. It clearly shows their great brand loyalty and respect for the market-leading product quality which only Gema provides within this space.

This customer’s definite interests are purely in value, quality, innovation and in product USPs. This, combined with strong local back-up service, have been the key drivers within our long-standing relationship.

I am incredibly proud of them as a business and am most grateful to them for their continued loyalty – must be doing something right!! 😊 😉
